Standard Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in the new/original condition they were received and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the items. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will contact you with the appropriate address for returns.

Damage & Defect Claim

If the item is received damaged or defective upon delivery, customer must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to report damage and to receive a return authorization. The item may have to be received back in warehouse to be inspected before any replacement will be issued.
