Return Policy

Standard Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in the new/original condition they were received and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the items. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will contact you with the appropriate address for returns.

. The items must be in the new/original condition and in its original packaging.

. You must require a return authorization number (RAN) from us.

. For items that shipped free, we deduct the original shipping charges from your refund.

. We deduct the return shipping charges and 25% restocking fee from your refund.

. Your refund will be issued after we received and inspected the items.

 

Damage & Defect Claim

If the item is received damaged or defective upon delivery, customer must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to report damage and to receive a return authorization. The item may have to be received back in warehouse to be inspected before any replacement will be issued. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will contact you with the appropriate address for returns. If customer doesn’t want a replacement and wishes to return the item, our standard return policy will apply.

. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the items.

. In the case that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item, indicate the problem on the Delivery Note.

. We request for you to email pictures of damaged or defective items and also the packaging boxes    

  So we can understand how the damage happened and prevent future items from similar damages.

. We will email return shipping labels for returns if necessary to get them back.

. For minor damages, we may send a repair parts to you and ask you to repair the damages.

 

Cancellations

Customer may cancel or change the order in part or in full for a refund within 2 business days as long as the order has not shipped. Please note, some orders are processed and shipped in less than 48 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order. If the order is shipped and you must still cancel, our standard return policy will apply and the customer is responsible for freight charges both ways (outbound and inbound) as well as 25% restocking fee. There are no exceptions. If the delivery of items is refused, our standard return policy will apply.
