How do I track my order?

Customer may cancel the order in part or in full within 2 business days as long as the order has not shipped. How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information.

How do I know if my items are available immediately?

If the item is not in stock, an inventory status and expected ship date will appear on the item detail page. Some items move very fast due to popularity and we require customer to contact us when you see “Please contact us on inventory” on the item page. Even though we keep updating our inventory on our website, some items run out of stock in the middle of order process. In this case, we will contact you and inform you when they will be available.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. Simply enter the desired destination on the shipping information page at checkout. If you're a registered user, the address will be automatically added to your address book

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we only ship to the continental USA currently. We can ship your items to international freight carriers for international shipment. We recommend to use the companies below. Please check the shipping cost and contact them before you order items on our website. Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item size & dimension and shipping destination.

House Bound is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to CA. Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of CA State. No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, purchases paid for with Gift Cards are subject to sales tax in accordance with the applicable laws.
